Ιn the framework of CIVIS, University of Bucharest, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Université libre de Bruxelle, Aix-Marseille Université and National and Kapodistrian University of Athens have opened the registration for the III edition of CIVIS Science Communication program.
The program is designed to provide young researchers with the necessary tools to approach the dissemination of their current and future research activities and technical knowledge to the public, an activity that is increasingly in demand by society, research centres, universities and public administrations.
This course offers 6 ETCS and will run from March to beginning of July 2025. All PhD candidates from any discipline and registered at any CIVIS University are welcome to apply. The detailed description of the courses and work expected from the participants can be found in the attached brochure.
The program counts with a virtual and a physical component. This means that participants are invited to Université libre de Bruxelles from 26 th to 30 th May. The program is accepting up to 40 participants. In that context, if the number of applications exceeds the number of available places, the five collaborating universities will move forward with a selection process based on motivation, always compromising to achieve a balance of gender, research discipline and home university.
